Two days until festival opens!

Tickets are on sale for online purchases only. In person tickets start Thursday at 10 am. Here's the list of parties for the 25th Green Mountain Film Festival, presented by The Bridge and Greenway with major support from The Fisher Foundation.

Two days until festival opens!

The 25th Green Mountain Film Festival opens its doors on Thursday, March 12 at 10 AM. Our festival hub will be located at The Bridge office at 5 East State Street, Montpelier (blue door next to Tossi Jewelry). In person ticket sales start at 10 AM on Thursday. If you would prefer to live help before then, please be in touch with Phayvanh: director@gmffestival.org.

In-person ticket sales will start on Thursday, but some shows may be sold out by then.

Cash sales

While we can take credit/ debit cards and checks for in-person ticket sales, cash is always going to be faster. If you're purchasing a ticket at the theater, a cash sale will move the line along faster.

Waitlists for sold out shows

We will start a waitlist for sold out shows no sooner than 30 mins in advance of the show. If there are seats available, volunteers will let folks in about 5 minutes before show time. You must be present and on the waitlist in order to claim a seat.

What's a festival without a party?

The team has been planning some fun outings in addition to movie screenings.

Kickoff Mixer | Thursday 7 - 9 PM | Three Penny Taproom

Did you watch that 5-hour documentary about Russian journalists and need someone to talk with about it? Are you just getting off of work and want to know about the weekend's activities? Wanna meet some of the friendliest filmmakers in the business? Come join us at Three Penny Taproom. There will be complimentary noshes while they last. The beer list is extensive and the kitchen will be open for dinner service. No RSVP needed.

Located at 109 Main Street, this event is free for all community members.

25th Years of GMFF Celebration & Performance | Friday 5 - 7 PM | Lost Nation Theater

Come toast to the festival’s 25th production! Mingle and enjoy free noshes from Woodbelly Pizza and cash bar from our friends at The Local. After welcoming remarks, stay to experience two exciting pieces:

HEAVEN AND EARTH

Spooked: Friday the 13th Dance Party | Friday 8:30 - 11 PM | Montpelier Performing Arts Hub

Come for dance music with a darker edge from Impvkt DJs Torex & Fetus at one of Montpelier's newest party spots. It’s a night time soundtrack for a Friday the 13th, accompanied by atmospheric lights & visuals featuring synthwave, industrial, darkwave and more.

This all-ages event is located at 35 College Street with a $5 cover at the door. Cash bar and treats available.

Looking forward to partying with you!
