Friends, we are so excited to be bringing back the Film Slam for this 25th festival 😁 You will have FIVE DAYS to produce your five-minute masterpiece! This challenge is free and takes place on February 14 - 18th. All submitted work will qualify to screen during this year's festival. Your guide is cinematographer and editor Carlos Diaz of Montpelier. He will host a virtual introductory session on Feb 13th. The theme will be revealed during that session. Participants may ask questions and request technical assistance. To find out more and register, sign up at this link.
The Film Slam is a partnership with ORCA Media, which provides space, equipment, and assistance to Film Slam participants. All films will qualify to broadcast on ORCA's channels. Check out this teaser Carlos made for us:

Speaking of sponsors, we'd like to thank Melissa Kosmaczewski (pictured above) of Good Girl Production for sponsoring the festival for a 3rd year in a row. We appreciate all our local sponsors.
