Hi friends, thank you for your patience with us! Tickets will be online as of 10 am today. Here are some pointers for reserving your tickets:
BUYING SINGLE TICKETS: Click on the "buy ticket" button, add the ticket to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
REDEEMING PASSES AND PROMOTIONS: Click on the "buy ticket" button, add the ticket to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your promo code in the box and click "apply". You should see the recalculated total at the bottom.
PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE TICKET: You can put as many tickets in your cart as you'd like. Proceed to checkout when you're done.
EMAIL RECEIPTS: Email receipts will automatically send to the email you use to purchase your ticket. Please save this email. You may bring a print out of the email as proof of purchase.
REFUNDS / CHANGES: While we do not issue refunds, we will work hard to make sure you get to see a movie you want to see. To change your purchase after the fact, please contact Phayvanh.
IN-PERSON TICKETING: Tickets are only available online at this time. In-person ticketing will take place at a future date, we will let you know. Be aware that some shows may sell out before in-person ticketing becomes available.
WAITLIST: Waitlist will only take place day of the screening.
