Hedy Lamarr is well-known as possibly the best-looking woman to ever grace Hollywood, but her story is so much more than meets the eye.
"Bombshell: The Hedy Lamarr Story" (Dir. Alexandra Dean) is a documentary about the Austrian star that will be showing at the Green Mountain Film Festival. Her legacy is explored as an actor and icon, but also as an often unaccredited inventor who pioneered what we now know as Bluetooth technology.
The film is going to be informative and powerful, fully exploring the complex legacy of one of the biggest stars of the 30's and 40's.
You can catch "Bombshell" at Essex Cinemas on Friday, March 16th, at 7 PM.
I hope to see you there!
